We are currently hiring an Experienced Orthodontic Assistant (RDA) to join our growing practice. Our ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, works well with others, and takes pride in helping create a great experience for every patient. What You'll Do: Assist the orthodontist with a variety of clinical procedures, including bonding and debonding (braces and Invisalign), wire changes, adjustments, and more Take digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, and digital scans Prepare treatment areas and maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols Educate patients on orthodontic treatment, appliances, and oral hygiene Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation What We're Looking For: Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required) Minimum 2 years of orthodontic assisting experience (required) Strong clinical skills and confidence working independently Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a busy clinical environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor Commitment to excellent patient care and a supportive team culture Why Join Us?
