Full Time RDA Needed! 3-5 years Experience Required! Mon- Wed 8:00am- 5:00pm & Thurs- 8:00am- 4:00pm (1-hour lunches & 3-day weekends!) What We Need: We are seeking an exceptional RDA who can seamlessly step into our clinical routine. Our ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who takes pride in keeping the daily schedule running smoothly and on time. An RDA that is comfortable taking a lead roll position! Core Responsibilities: Provide high-quality chairside assisting and patient care Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to anticipate the dentist's needs Excellent communication skills to help put patients at ease and collaborate A positive team first attitude Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns and bridges Manage patient flow utilizing our Eaglesoft software Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories Take digital x-rays and traditional impressions Making supply orders and keeping track of in stock items Assisting hygienists with patient flow when needed Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Dental Assisting: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Certified Dental Assistant (Required) CPR Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
