Dental Office Floater – Front & Back Office Location: Los Angeles & Whittier, CA Schedule: Full-time Pay: $24–$30 per hour , based on experience and skill set About the Position We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and flexible dental team member to support both the front and back office of our dental practices. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is comfortable stepping in wherever the practice needs support. Our preference is to hire one strong team member who can work between both locations as needed. Practice Locations Los Angeles Office 5757 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 555 Los Angeles, CA 90036 Whittier Office 8045 Painter Ave. Whittier, CA 90602 What You'll Do Depending on the needs of the practice, responsibilities may include: Front Office Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner Answer phones and assist with patient questions Schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance and assist with insurance-related tasks Collect payments and review patient accounts Maintain accurate patient records Assist with treatment coordination and patient communication Support general administrative and office duties Back Office Assist the dentist and clinical team during patient appointments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Assist with sterilization and instrument processing Prepare materials and instruments for procedures Assist with patient flow and clinical room turnover Follow all infection-control and safety protocols What We're Looking For Previous dental office experience preferred Comfortable working in both front-office and back-office roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and patient-focused Organized and dependable Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Comfortable traveling between the Los Angeles and Whittier offices Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the dental team Benefits to be discussed in interview Dental assisting credentials/certifications are a plus, depending on the clinical responsibilities of the position.
