Dental Assistant (Floater) – Ryan Senft DDS Support the Team. Keep the Practice Running Smoothly. Ryan Senft DDS is looking for a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant (Floater) to provide flexible support across both the front and back office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable stepping in wherever needed to help the practice run efficiently. Pay: $32/hour (with potential adjustment pending approval) Monthly Performance Bonuses based on office results Schedule: Monday–Thursday, with weekday coverage as needed Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Life & Disability Insurance 6 Paid Holidays 2 Weeks PTO after 1 year What We’re Looking For 2+ years of continuous Dental Assistant experience Dental Assistant Certification or Associate’s degree Active X-ray license Strong verbal and written communication skills Dependable, professional, and organized Comfortable supporting both front and back office responsibilities Willingness to float between front and back office duties, approximately 60/40 What You’ll Do Assist doctors during a variety of procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, implants, and root canals Prepare patients and treatment rooms Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory areas Collect and document medical and dental histories Provide front office support when needed, including phone coverage and helping maintain patient flow Provide coverage during team member absences and vacations Step in where needed to help keep the practice running efficiently Why Join Ryan Senft DDS?
