Dental Assistant â Spanish Speaking Top Implant Center Location: 2707 W Olympic Blvd, #202, Los Angeles, CA Job type: Part-time Pay: $27â$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 9 AM - 6 PM. Work location: In person About the Position Top Implant Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Spanish-speaking Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, stays organized, and works well with others. In this role, you will support the dentist during dental and implant procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visits. Spanish fluency is required to communicate effectively with our Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during dental examinations, restorative treatment, extractions, and dental implant procedures, within your training and authorized scope. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials; clean and disinfect treatment areas between patients; and sterilize instruments according to office protocols. Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, communicate clearly in Spanish, and reinforce the dentistâs preoperative and postoperative instructions. Assist with accurate patient records and take dental X-rays when appropriately qualified and authorized. Monitor supplies, keep clinical areas organized, and coordinate with the front office to support an efficient patient schedule. Qualifications Fluent spoken Spanish is required , including the ability to explain routine appointment and care instructions clearly. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred. Experience assisting with implants or oral surgery is a plus. Current CPR/BLS certification and completion of the California dental assisting training required for assigned duties. Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, a professional attitude, and a compassionate approach to patients. Preferred qualifications: California dental X-ray certification, an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license, and familiarity with dental practice management software. An RDA license is preferred but not required for this position; assigned duties will reflect the candidateâs qualifications.
