Front Desk Receptionist Dental Office Employment type: full-time Longhorn Dental is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist in our Houston Location. We are a private dental office for over 30 years . We offer our patients a range of dentistry from Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, Dentures, etc.. We are a very busy dental practice that will love someone energetic and ready to have a great time. Responsibilities Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones. Scheduling & confirming patient appointments. Treatment Planning & explaining treatment Communicating with dental supply vendors. Office duties including document filing, scanning, and creation Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, FEHA, DOL, HR policies and practices) Follow up calls to current patient Marketing Taking payments Monitoring the schedule day to day basis Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
