Northern Smiles Family Dental is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Office Professional to join our team! We are a family-owned, family-centered dental practice in Windsor dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient—from young children to adults. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and professional Comfortable communicating with patients in person and over the phone Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Detail-oriented and takes pride in accuracy Experienced and knowledgeable in working with dental insurance companies Comfortable with insurance verification, benefits, claims, and patient billing Able to explain insurance benefits and financial responsibilities clearly to patients Experienced in scheduling and managing patient appointments A positive team player who enjoys working in a family-oriented office Compassionate and committed to providing excellent customer service Responsibilities May Include Welcoming patients and providing a friendly front-office experience Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Verifying dental insurance benefits Reviewing treatment estimates and insurance coverage with patients Submitting and following up on insurance claims Posting payments and assisting with patient accounts Coordinating treatment schedules Maintaining accurate patient records Communicating with insurance companies and helping resolve insurance issues Working closely with the clinical team to provide a smooth patient experience Benefits Include Free dental care for immediate family members completed in our office minus the cost of any lab associated fee. Health Insurance covered at 50% for the employee only 401K - currently in the process of establishing with HR company 3 weeks paid vacation/sick pay Paid national holidays such as Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day Compensation $28 - $35 per hour based upon experience (32-40 hours/week) Why Northern Smiles?
