We are looking to add to our family at Bayshore Endodontics! We are looking for another vibrant front desk receptionist to join us. The position is ideally full-time, however a flexible work schedule can be accommodated. We are looking for someone who can multi-task, has great people skills, and is a team player. Our compensation is competitive as our goal is to have maximum retention of our team members! Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice. Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing. Ensure reception and front office areas are tidy and presentable. Assisting patients to fill out necessary forms. Present treatment plans. Confirm/Reschedule appointments. Providing any additional assistance or support in daily operations Knowledge of dental insurances is a plus!
