We are looking for an experienced Front Office Operator who will be a dynamic part of our team. The ideal candidate MUST have *dental experience* and thorough knowledge in scheduling, dental insurance, accounts receivable, treatment plan presentation, phone etiquette and reception, and/or general business operations. We strongly encourage anyone with significant dental office admin experience to apply. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is friendly, positive, people-oriented and who has exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, solution-oriented, have a high level of personal accountability and follow-through. Skill sets required include EXTREME customer service, good grammar, high attention to detail and finely-tuned follow through systems.
