Job title: Orthodontic Assistant (Full-Time, Will Train) Bocage Orthodontics, Miami, FL Pay: $15–$25/hour, based on experience and skills Schedule: Full-time, 35–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, no weekends About the role We're looking for a full-time orthodontic assistant to join our clinical team. Experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person from the ground up. What you'll do Seat and prepare patients, and set up and clean treatment chairs Assist Dr. Bocage chairside during adjustments, bonding, and repairs Take patient photos, impressions, and scans Sterilize instruments and keep treatment areas stocked Update patient records and appointment notes in our practice software Communicate with patients and parents in English and Spanish Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Authorized to work in the United States Good hand-eye coordination and comfortable with detailed, hands-on work Able to multitask during a busy clinic day Reliable, a team player, and good with patients of all ages, especially kids About us Dr. Virginia Bocage holds a Harvard Certificate in Orthodontics, a Master's in Medical Science, and a Nova Southeastern certificate in Advanced General Dentistry. She is an AAO/ADA member and Invisalign certified. She believes assistants are built, not just hired. You'll learn the "why" behind the work and take on more responsibility as you grow.
