Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Hialeah, FL
Family Smile Dental Center has an opening for a full-time Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual with an excellent attitude, strong patient-care skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental office. Fluency in English (preferred) and Spanish (required). Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients Take dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas Assist with patient care and provide post-treatment instructions Maintain a clean and organized treatment area Follow OSHA and infection-control procedures Qualifications Bilingual in English (preferred) and Spanish (required) Previous dental assisting experience preferred Dental assisting/X-ray certification preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Ability to multitask and work well with a team Eaglesoft experience is preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount On-the-job training Paid time off Work Location: In person
