What You'll Do Work chairside in four-handed dentistry, anticipating the doctor's needs during exams and procedures Help patients feel safe, informed, and cared for from check-in to check-out Take high-quality digital X-rays and record medical histories Explain post-op care and oral hygiene so patients truly understand it Keep our operatories, instruments, and equipment safe, sterile, and running smoothly Maintain clear records in Dentrix Ascend Lead OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance Manage inventory, supply orders, and vendor relationships Who We're Looking For Calm, reassuring, and attentive with patients Strong attention to detail and steady hands Able to anticipate the dentist's needs and adapt to different procedures and preferences Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Discreet with sensitive patient information 3+ years of clinical dental assisting experience Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent certification Current radiography license, RDA/CDA where applicable, and active CPR/BLS And if you speak Spanish, you're probably also the one everyone calls when a patient needs help understanding their care.
