Responsibilities Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions with precision and care Diagnose dental conditions through thorough patient assessments utilizing dental terminology and medical imaging tools Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive dental diagnosis and patient needs Conduct specialized procedures such as root canal therapy, dental implants, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery when necessary Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-procedure care while fostering a comfortable environment Requirements Valid state dental license with credentials to practice general dentistry in accordance with local healthcare regulations Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting with proficiency in dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, dental terminology, and healthcare diagnosis processes Skilled in performing dental procedures including extractions, root canal therapy, orthodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for patient safety Ability to communicate clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds and explain complex procedures in an understandable manner Experience with digital dental imaging and medical documentation practices is highly preferred Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay current on advancements in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives by providing top-tier dental care within a supportive team environment.
