All Kids Pediatric Dentistry is hiring a Front Office Lead for our Plaza Midwood office in Charlotte. You'll run the front desk, lead a small team, and make sure every kid and parent walks out happy. What you'll do: - Lead daily front office operations and support your team - Greet kids and parents and run check-in and check-out - Present treatment plans and explain financial arrangements to parents - Verify insurance benefits and answer coverage questions - Manage scheduling, recalls, and appointment flow - Help keep our social media active and our families engaged online What you bring: - 3+ years of dental front office experience (required) - Leadership experience, formal or informal - Working knowledge of insurance verification, benefits, and claims - Comfort presenting treatment plans and handling financial conversations with parents - A real love for working with kids - Organized, dependable, and calm when the schedule gets crazy What we offer: - Full-time, Plaza Midwood, Charlotte, NC - Pay of $21-$25 per hour based on experience - Growth opportunities and a supportive, team-first office To apply: send your resume and a few sentences on your dental front office experience and why you like working with kids and families.
