Benefits: Health Insurance 401(k) / Retirement Plan Paid Holidays Dental Benefits Schedule: Monday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM — Every other Friday Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM — One Saturday per month Responsibilities & Requirements: Assist Dr. Romano during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported Previous experience assisting with implants is preferred, but not required Prepare treatment rooms, assist with room turnover, and properly sterilize instruments Educate patients on recommended treatment and assist with treatment presentations; training will be provided Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to a welcoming patient experience Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassion when working with patients and team members Assist with ordering dental supplies and maintaining office organization Utilize digital dental technology and workflows, including iOS scanning; training will be provided Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
