WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EFDA WHO KNOWS THEIR STUFF — AND CARES SmileHaus-Hilliard is looking for an experienced EFDA to join us as we build something special from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who brings clinical knowledge, experience, confidence, and a genuine commitment to patient care . This isn’t an EFDA position where we expect you to simply show up, do your assigned tasks, and go home. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the clinical growth of our doctor department and help us build a department that runs at a high standard from day one. We want someone who knows what they’re doing — and cares about doing it well. We’re looking for someone who: Has strong EFDA clinical skills and hands-on experience. Has a solid understanding of restorative dentistry and clinical workflows. Is confident working alongside the doctor and can anticipate clinical needs. Takes ownership of the clinical side of the department and looks for ways to improve it. Holds themselves and their work to a high standard. Understands that efficiency and excellent patient care should go hand in hand. Is confident enough to work independently but humble enough to continue learning. Notices the little things and understands that they make a big difference. Can help establish systems, workflows, and clinical standards as we grow. Is dependable, accountable, and takes pride in their work. Communicates well and works collaboratively with the entire team. Treats patients with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Wants to contribute ideas rather than simply wait for direction. Wants to grow with a practice and have a meaningful role in shaping what it becomes. What We’re Looking For Clinically We are looking for an EFDA with demonstrated experience and strong clinical knowledge who can confidently contribute to the doctor department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with: Restorative procedures and chairside assisting Composite placement and finishing Digital dentistry and clinical technology Intraoral scanning and digital workflows Taking and reviewing appropriate dental radiographs Understanding restorative materials and clinical procedures Maintaining efficient clinical flow Anticipating the doctor’s needs Patient education and communication Maintaining high standards for infection control and clinical safety We want someone who can bring knowledge to the table.
