Front Desk Receptionist – Dental Office Dental Heights | Glendale Heights, IL We Will Train the Right Person Dental Heights is looking for a friendly, outgoing, dependable, Spanish speaking Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Our front desk is the first impression of our practice, so we’re looking for someone who naturally enjoys talking with people and making them feel welcome. This is especially important for our first-time patients , who may be nervous or unsure of what to expect. We want someone who can greet them with a smile, have a genuine conversation, and make them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. Dental experience is NOT required. We are happy to train someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. What You’ll Do Warmly greet and welcome patients Create an especially positive experience for new patients Answer phones with a friendly and professional attitude Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Help patients with basic questions and paperwork Learn dental insurance verification and front-office procedures Communicate with patients about appointments and treatment Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly Work closely with our doctors, assistants, hygienists, and other team members Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, conversational, and approachable Naturally good at customer service and hospitality Dependable and punctual Fluent in Spanish Positive and energetic Hard-working and willing to stay busy Comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone Organized and able to multitask A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Coachable and excited to learn new skills Professional while still being warm and personable Experience in customer service, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, reception, sales, healthcare, or other people-focused positions is a plus — but not required. Schedule & Pay Starting at $18/hour Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our Dental Heights team and growing with our practice.
