The Dental Standard is a doctor-led dental and medical aesthetics practice in Wicker Park. One patient at a time. No assembly line. That is how we run. This is not a high-volume office. It is a high-standard office. We are hiring one dental assistant to work directly alongside both doctors across general dentistry, cosmetic work, and medical aesthetics. What makes this role different You will assist on restorative dentistry, clear aligners, injectables, PRF, microneedling, and laser treatments . We pay for certification and continuing education for the right person. If you want a career in dental and facial aesthetics, this is the room to be in. You will also handle clinical and portrait photography in our in-house studio. We will train you. We are a small team. The people who do well here can move between the chair and the front when the day calls for it. Scheduling, greeting patients, answering the phone, and walking someone through their treatment plan. If you already have front office experience, that matters to us and it is reflected in what we pay. What we need from you Two or more years chairside. We will train the right person with less. Comfortable with digital workflows. CAD/CAM, CEREC, intraoral scanning, digital radiography. Coronal polishing certification, or willing to obtain it. Front office experience is a strong plus. Scheduling, patient communication, treatment presentation. Steady. Patients read you before they read us. Good days and hard days should look the same from the chair. You notice what needs doing before you are asked. Honest with patients and honest with us.
