Going to the dentist can be stressful, so an important part of your job would be to help provide a pleasant atmosphere for the patients as well as great customer service. Dental assistants should be well organized, able to follow instructions and have great attention to detail. Dental office experience is required Full time hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30-6 with an hour lunch. Responsibilities -Welcome patients to the office. -Prepare patients for treatments and checkups. -Select and set up instruments and materials needed for the planned procedure. -Sterilize instruments according to regulations. -Assist the dentist through four-handed dentistry. -Keep the operatories clean and well stocked.
