Responsibilities *Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including four-handed dentistry techniques to improve efficiency and patient comfort. *Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment in accordance with healthcare infection prevention and control standards. *Take and develop dental x-rays following proper safety procedures and protocols. *Manage patient records using dental patient management software, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments and procedures. *Provide exceptional patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. *Maintain a clean and sterile environment by adhering to sterilization procedures and infection prevention management practices. *Support patient management activities such as scheduling appointments, confirming patient information, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. *Operate dental equipment safely and effectively, understanding basic functions and troubleshooting common issues. *Stay informed about current best practices in infection prevention and healthcare safety standards. *Bilingual skills are considered a plus to better serve diverse patient populations.
