Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated Dental Receptionist / Front Desk who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred, though we welcome recent graduates from accredited programs who demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication to their craft.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues, shows compassion to our patients
• Be a tam player and communicat well with the rest of the team
• Maintain strict adherence to HIPPA, infection control and safety protocols
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless patient experiences
• Be able to check the patients in and out
• Be familiar with dental terminology
• Be able to go over the treatment plans with the patients
• Be familiar with insurances and check the eligibilities
• Open dental experience is a plus
• Need to have good computer skills, We are a fully digital office
• Be able to learn and follow instructions
