Dental Front Office Coordinator Rockstar Wanted (Start ASAP!)

We’re a modern, family-style dental office in Queen Creek / San Tan Valley looking for an awesome front office coordinator to join our team right away!

Who you are:

Positive, dependable, and great with people! You take initiative, stay organized, and bring good energy every day. You can multitask, solve problems, and make patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome patients, answer phones, and manage scheduling
• Keep the schedule organized and running smoothly
• Verify insurance, submit claims, and follow up
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts
• Work closely with our clinical team to provide an awesome patient experience

What we’re looking for:

• Dental front office experience (2+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination
• Dentrix experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Positive, dependable team player who takes initiative

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM (every other Friday 8AM-1PM)
• Competitive pay based on experience
• PTO, paid holidays, and dental benefits (after eligibility requirements are met)
