Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Assistant for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Mira Mesa, San Diego, CA | $60–$65/hour + Bonus Opportunities, DOE

Join our private, highly reviewed, multi-doctor dental practice in Mira Mesa. We prioritize patient care and foster a collaborative environment built on high ethical standards and a genuine love for dentistry. Dr. Karia and our team take a whole-patient approach, considering both medical and dental histories to provide personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Schedule

• Part-Time or Full-Time
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$33/hour + bonus opportunities, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications

• Current California RDA license
• 2–5 years of experience preferred
• Exceptional new graduates considered
• Strong patient communication and clinical skills
• Experience with periodontal charting, documentation, temp crowns, digital xryas, intra oral phots, intra oral scanning etc.
• Laser experience or certification strongly preferred
