Schedule: 2–4 days/week, flexible — let us know what works for you. We're a modern dental wellness practice in Santa Rosa combining advanced technology with genuine, relationship-driven patient care. We're looking for an experienced RDA who takes ownership, stays organized, and enjoys working as part of a tight-knit team. What you'll do: Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and digital procedures Take radiographs, photos, and digital scans CAD/CAM scanning, designing, and milling Prep and maintain treatment rooms Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit What we're looking for: Current California RDA license Strong chairside experience Comfortable with digital dentistry / CAD-CAM (preferred, not required) Reliable, organized, team-oriented What we offer: $27–$32/hr based on experience 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount Growth and continuing education opportunities To apply: Submit your résumé — we'll follow up to schedule a conversation.
