Sonara Dental Studio | Bryn Mawr, PA Sonara Dental Studio is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a cosmetic and restorative dental practice that takes a thoughtful and intentional approach to patient care. Our office is intentionally slow-paced and quality-focused , allowing our team the time needed to provide excellent dentistry without the pressure of a high-volume environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a collaborative clinical team. About Our Practice Sonara Dental Studio is an out-of-network dental office focused primarily on cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Our practice includes: Cosmetic dentistry Restorative dentistry Crowns and bridges Veneers and aesthetic dentistry Comprehensive restorative treatment Preventive and wellness-focused care We do not perform root canals, extractions, or other surgical procedures in our office. Patients requiring these services are referred to appropriate specialists. The Role The Dental Assistant will work closely with Dr. Naila Bryan and the clinical team to provide excellent chairside support and help ensure each appointment is organized, comfortable, and runs smoothly. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting during cosmetic and restorative procedures Assisting with crowns, bridges, veneers, fillings, and other restorative procedures Preparing operatories and instruments for scheduled procedures Taking dental radiographs as permitted Taking digital impressions/scans as needed Preparing materials for procedures Maintaining clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories Sterilizing and processing instruments Preparing and managing laboratory cases Tracking lab cases and ensuring they are ready for appointments Assisting with patient seating and room turnover Providing patients with post-operative instructions Helping patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments Maintaining accurate clinical documentation Following OSHA and infection-control protocols Anticipating the doctor's needs during procedures Supporting the clinical team and overall flow of the day What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: An experienced Dental Assistant Comfortable assisting with cosmetic and restorative procedures Detail-oriented and organized Reliable, professional, and accountable Comfortable working independently while being a team player Able to anticipate the doctor's needs Warm and personable with patients Comfortable in a slower-paced, quality-focused environment Interested in cosmetic and restorative dentistry Willing to learn and grow with the practice Someone who takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and elevated clinical environment Why Join Sonara Dental Studio?
