You are the architect of the guest experience and the manager of the practice’s financial flow. Insurance Advocacy: Handle all insurance verification, claims, and pre-authorizations. You ensure our guests navigate their care with total financial clarity. The First Impression: Welcome guests into our "Sanctuary" and ensure their experience starts with warmth and transparency. Tech-Forward Operations: Manage scheduling and records using Open Dental . We aim to be lean and efficient, using technology to reduce friction. Strategic Flow: Coordinate the daily schedule to ensure the office remains sustainable—we value efficiency, but we never rush excellence. What We Are Looking For Experience: Previous experience with dental insurance verification and pre-authorizations is highly preferred. Software Skills: Proficiency with Open Dental is a major advantage. You must be "tech-fluent" and eager to master a data-driven system.
