What You'll Do Assist our pediatric dentists during a variety of dental procedures while helping create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Perform dental cleanings and fluoride treatments Capture digital dental X-rays Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control. Work with the entire dental team to keep the day running smoothly and efficiently Bring kindness, energy, and a can-do attitude to every patient interaction! What We're Looking For: Recommended at least 1 year of experience in the dental field; pediatric dental experience is a plus! A friendly, upbeat personality and a genuine love for working with children. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with patients, parents, and teammates A positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a supportive, team-focused workplace.
