What we’re looking for: Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish required Experience with Eaglesoft preferred Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and proper operatory setup Excellent four-handed dentistry skills Ability to take quality digital X-rays and intraoral scans Strong sterilization and infection-control knowledge Excellent organization and time-management skills Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs during procedures Comfortable assisting with restorative, cosmetic, surgical, implant, and orthodontic procedures Dependable and punctual Warm, professional, and confident with patients Team-oriented with a positive attitude Able to take initiative and work efficiently without constant direction What we offer: A modern dental office with advanced technology, a supportive team environment, consistent weekday hours, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a practice that takes pride in providing high-quality dentistry and an elevated patient experience.
