Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments. Check patients in and out while providing excellent customer service. Verify insurance information and maintain accurate patient records. Collect payments and assist with basic billing. Learn to explain treatment plans and financial information to parents. Work closely with our clinical team to keep daily schedules running smoothly. Help create a fun, organized, and positive experience for every family. What We’re Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with children and families. Dependable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment. A positive team player who takes initiative and is eager to learn. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Dental front office experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, or treatment coordination is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! No Experience? We Welcome You!
