Dental Assistant - Marquis Family Dentistry - Redmond, WA

Modern, state-of-the-art dental practice located in Redmond is seeking a part time dental assistant. Individual must have an upbeat personality, positive attitude, and work well in a team environment. We need someone for Thursdays from 8:00am-5:00pm right now, but we are open to expanding. Current Washington RDA certificate preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Duties and Responsibilities: · Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment · Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and tray setups for dental procedures · Greet and prepare patients for treatment · Capture dental radiographs · Chart for new patient odontograms · Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures · Fabricate temporary crowns · Take digital impression · Provide post-operative instructions prescribed and directed by the doctor in charge · Participate in the achievement of patient satisfaction and office production goals by working efficiently and providing a high level of patient service Minimum Requirements: · CPR Certified · Good communication skills Required Experience: · Dental Assisting: 1 year Desired Experience: · Scanning and designing with CEREC Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred) Work Location: In person
