Job Overview Join our Lynnwood Orthodontics team! We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and professional Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting the orthodontist during procedures. This position requires a strong understanding of dental practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment as a team player. A strong background in orthodontic procedures, previous experience as a treatment coordinator, and familiarity with Cloud 9 software is strongly preferred. Duties Assist the orthodontist during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take panoramic xrays and record photos. Utilize Cloud 9 Ortho dental software for record keeping and scheduling. Experience Previous experience as an Orthodontic Assistant or in a similar dental role is preferred. Reliability and responsibility are key qualities. Knowledge of X-ray procedures and safety measures is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
