Dental Assistant Trainee – Paid Career Training ProgramNo Dental Experience Required | Training Provided | Career Opportunity Are you looking for a career in dentistry—not just another job? This is a paid Dental Assistant Trainee position with a structured training program and an opportunity for long-term employment. What You Will Learn During your initial training period, you will learn both the clinical and administrative aspects of working in a dental practice, including: Dental assisting and chairside procedures Dental terminology and basic dental anatomy Patient communication and patient care Operatory setup and breakdown Instrument sterilization and infection control Dental radiography and X-ray procedures Assisting the dentist during dental procedures Patient preparation and comfort Dental charting and electronic health records Front-desk and scheduling responsibilities Patient check-in and check-out Basic dental insurance and office procedures HIPAA and patient privacy requirements 4–6 Week Training Period The initial training period is expected to be approximately 4–6 weeks , depending on your ability to learn and demonstrate competency. You will start with basic responsibilities and gradually learn more advanced clinical and administrative duties. The faster you learn and the more responsibilities you are able to handle safely and independently, the faster you can progress in the position. After successfully completing the initial training period, we intend to support your professional development by: Assisting with enrollment in an appropriate Dental Assisting Training Program Supporting preparation for dental radiography certification Paying for eligible training and examination expenses, subject to program and certification requirements Providing continued hands-on training within the dental practice Our goal is to help you develop the skills and credentials necessary to build a long-term career in dentistry. Compensation & Career Growth Starting pay: $15–$17 per hour , depending on qualifications and prior experience. Your compensation will increase as you develop additional skills, certifications, and responsibilities.
