Research insurance benefits and resolve coverage and payment issues. Confidently present treatment plans, insurance estimates, and financial options. Help patients understand their care and make informed decisions without pressure. Collaborate with our doctors, clinical team, and virtual assistants to keep workflows running smoothly. Who We're Looking For Experience in dental insurance and treatment coordination. Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. Confident, compassionate patient communication. Strong accountability, initiative, and follow-through. A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Open Dental experience is a plus.
