Dental Front Office Coordinator Rockstar Wanted (Start ASAP!) We’re a modern, family-style dental office in Queen Creek / San Tan Valley looking for an awesome front office coordinator to join our team right away! Who we are: Not corporate. Not chaotic. You can multitask, solve problems, and make patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in. What you’ll do: Welcome patients, answer phones, and manage scheduling Keep the schedule organized and running smoothly Verify insurance, submit claims, and follow up Present treatment plans and discuss financial options Collect payments and manage patient accounts Work closely with our clinical team to provide an awesome patient experience What we’re looking for: Dental front office experience required (2+ years preferred) Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination Dentrix experience is a plus!
