We are looking for a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who takes pride in flawless execution, anticipates clinical needs two steps ahead, and brings compassion and composure to the operatory. Key Responsibilities Deliver seamless, proactive four-handed dentistry alongside the doctor. Prepare operatory rooms meticulously, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and digital charting are precise and patient-ready. Perform compliant digital radiography, intraoral imaging, and clinical documentation. Provide compassionate, articulate patient education and post-operative care instructions. Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control guidelines. Requirements & Qualifications Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in good standing. Active Radiation Safety certification. Current CPR / BLS certification. No minimum for experience is required if you have the drive to improve and willingness to be trained Proficiency with Dentrix practice management software, DEXIS digital radiography systems and 3 dimensional scanner technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for subtle details. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience ($25-35 / hour).
