We are a fast -paced, high- volume dental office looking for an experienced and motivated RDA/DA to join our team as a Back Office Floor Supervisor. Position Summary The back office Floor Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the ack office, support the doctors and clinical team, and ensure an efficient clinical flow and excellent patient experience. Responsibilities - Supervise and support back office dental assistants - Coordinate daily clinical flow and assign back office duties - Ensure operations are properly prepared and turned over efficiently - Assist doctors during procedures as needed - Maintain adequate inventory and assist with supply ordering. - Keep the clinical area clean, organized, and running efficiently - Lead by example and promote teamwork and accountability Qualifications -Current required California Certificates -Minimum 2 years dental experience - High Volume dental office experience - Ability to multitask in fast -paced environment Compensation $25-$28 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
