This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, supporting dental procedures, and contributing to an organized, patient-focused clinical environment. Our office offers an opportunity to develop your clinical skills while working alongside an experienced dental team. Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and dental treatment procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are properly sterilized. Obtain digital dental X-rays in accordance with applicable requirements. Operate dental technology, including the iTero scanner. Help patients understand treatment procedures and provide appropriate post-treatment instructions. Support treatment plan presentations and payment collection after training. Assist with patient scheduling and daily clinical operations. Follow established infection control procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications Current dental assisting credentials or license required for the position. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, ideally 1–2 years. Familiarity with digital X-rays and intraoral scanning technology is beneficial. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy dental practice. Professional attitude and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. Experience with Open Dental or Dentrix is an advantage; training may be provided. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $18.00–$24.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
