Responsibilities will include: · Assist the dentist during a wide range of examinations and procedures including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. · Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to proper protolcs. Ensure all required instruments and supplies are available. · Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft, Epic, or Dentrix for scheduling appointments and managing patient information. · Perform tasks related to medical imaging and 3D scanning as required. · Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. · Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient pateint flow and excellent care delivery. Commit to continuous learning and professional development in the field of dentistry. Qualifications: · At least one year of dental assisting, required Completion of a Dental Assisting course, preferred Proficiency in using dental software (Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix), preferred. · Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and 3D scanning technology, preferred. · Orthodontic and/or Invisalign experience, preferred.
