Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment across general dentistry
• Meet individual production goals through consistent, efficient patient care
• Monitor key performance metrics including daily production, collections %, and treatment acceptance
• Collaborate with treatment coordinators and team leads on follow-ups and scheduling unscheduled treatment
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation aligned with insurance protocols (HMO/Denti-Cal compliance)
• Maintain a patient-first approach with a strong focus on education and trust

Metrics & Performance Expectations:

• Daily Production Goal: $4,000–$6,000/day (adjusted for payor mix)
• Collection Percentage: 90–98% of net production
• Case Acceptance: ≥ 70% within 30 days
• Chair Utilization: ≥ 85% of scheduled hours
• Unscheduled Treatment Management: Timely follow-ups with support staff

Requirements:

• 2+ years of clinical experience as a general dentist
• Current California Dental License and malpractice insurance
• Familiarity with PPO, FFS, HMO, and Denti-Cal treatment planning
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in restorative dentistry (endo, crowns, etc.)
• Comfortable working toward and tracking personal performance goals
• Professional demeanor, great communication skills, and a team-first mindset
