We're hiring: Dental Hygienist for Rancho Mirage, CA dental practice

Our private practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to enhance our patient care services.

Clinical Setting

Our facility features advanced dental equipment and digital imaging systems, allowing our team to provide comprehensive care efficiently. We prioritize patient comfort and maintain strict standards for infection control and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

We seek a dedicated professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts.  Must be able to clearly communicate to patients and educate about their periodontal health and/or any conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Demonstrate commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and experiences
• Assistant helps setup/breakdown hygiene suite and takes care of your instruments
• Assistant takes all radiographs
• AI software voice notes and periodontal charting
• Single-booked with 45-minutes per patient for prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, 30 minutes per full quad srp
• Laser treatment and arestin placement
• Hours:  8:30-5:00pm with 1 hour set lunch break (must take 1 hour)
• Looking for Monday-Thursday (will consider 1 or 2 days for the right candidate)
• Full-time hygienists with 30-hours per week, 40 accrued sick pay hours per year, Retirement plan with 3% employer match after 12-consecutive months of full-time employment.
