Advanced dental practice seeking Dental Receptionist / Front Desk in Pasadena, CA

Our dental office is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk to enhance our patient care services. Clinical Setting

Our facility features advanced dental equipment and digital imaging systems, allowing our team to provide comprehensive care efficiently. We prioritize patient comfort and maintain strict standards for infection control and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements

We seek a dedicated experienced professional with solid technical foundations and strong interpersonal skills.  Must have a strong dental background and Dentrix experience would be a plus.  A cheerfull, team player, with great communication skills.  The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative efforts. Will be able to start a shift at 7:15a.m. if needed.  Dental insurance understanding and the knowledge to calculate patients expected out of pocket costs.
