We are a patient-focused private dental office dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and friendly environment. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be the face of our practice! We will train you to handle: Checking patients in and out & making appointments Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits Submitting claims and handling appeals Collecting payments and following up on accounts Answering phones with a smile Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn and adapt to a dental practice management software A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, reliable, trustworthy, and honest with a strong work ethic.
