Full job description We are looking to expand our Dental office team. Our practice needs a full-time skilled and friendly Pediatric Dental Office Treatment Coordinator. We are a new and growing Pediatric Dental Office in Arlington. This allows for a team member to learn and grow as our pace increases. Our pace also also allows us to provide great patient care and relationships. We are looking for someone who can give outstanding customer service. Each team member is integral to our growth as a practice and we are looking for someone who would not only be a team player but also help our team exceed our goals. Although experience in a Dental office is required there are opportunities for appropriate training to succeed in your role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for the dental industry. The primary responsibilities will be assisting in the overall daily management of the office including: -marketing and strategizing to meet practice goals -Performing front desk duties such as answering phone calls and maintaining a clean front desk -Scheduling and confirming appointments -Insurance verification and breakdown -Presenting treatment plans and answering insurance/billing-related questions. -Collecting and posting insurance and patient payments -Assist in coding and billing as needed with potential for advancement We are looking for someone who values long-term commitment, being a team player, and growth in practice who plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for both the team and our patients.
