What Makes Green Meadows Different A long-standing practice where patients and team members build lasting relationships A warm, supportive environment where reliability, kindness, and teamwork matter Leadership that values care, respect, and showing up for one another A patient-first approach centered on comfort, trust, and clear communication A steady, well-organized clinical environment where preparation and anticipation are essential Leadership and operations support that helps you succeed in your role What You’ll Do Your responsibilities will support the doctor chairside and help maintain an efficient, organized clinical day, including: Assisting the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Providing excellent patient care and building trust, comfort, and connection Anticipating procedural needs and preparing the room before the doctor enters Taking high-quality digital X-rays efficiently and comfortably for patients Supporting preventive care flow, including readiness for hygiene visits and radiograph needs Properly sterilizing dental instruments and maintaining sterilization logs Cleaning and disinfecting operatories between patients Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms with proper instruments and materials Taking impressions and assisting with digital scanning Managing patient charts and updating records accurately (Dentrix or similar software) Supporting the team in maintaining an efficient, on-time schedule flow Facilitating smooth coordination among multiple moving pieces throughout the day What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience (at least 2 years) Current X-ray certification Strong understanding of sterilization and infection control Confident in your clinical abilities and reliable chairside support Ability to take efficient, accurate digital radiographs and support preventive care needs Ability to anticipate needs and stay organized in a dynamic environment Kind, friendly, patient-focused communication skills Dependable, adaptable, and solutions oriented Experience with digital X-rays, digital scanning, and Dentrix is a plus Someone who enjoys contributing to a supportive, relationship-driven team Schedule Full-time, Monday through Thursday Schedule and hours may adjust based on practice needs.
