Company: Singh Dental Location: 1920 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Pay: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Job Description Overview Singh Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our West Palm Beach practice. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, patient focused, and skilled in chairside assisting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. This role is a good fit for someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and enjoys being part of a collaborative dental team. Schedule Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM No evenings or weekends Responsibilities Assist the dentist during general, restorative, endodontic, and other dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and other clinical procedures within the scope of permitted training Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records using Open Dental Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment procedures, and post-operative care Monitor clinical supplies and ensure treatment rooms are properly stocked Coordinate patient flow to maintain an efficient clinical schedule Work collaboratively with the dentist, hygienists, and front office team Skills and Qualifications 3 or more years of dental assisting experience preferred Completion of Florida-approved Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) training preferred Florida dental radiography certification or qualifying approved training required Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting Experience with digital X-rays and dental imaging Experience with dental practice management software required; Open Dental is a strong plus Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, procedures, and infection control standards Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy clinical environment Bilingual English and Spanish a plus Compensation and Benefits $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications Paid time off 401(k) with profit sharing after meeting eligibility requirements Performance bonus plan Employee discounts Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person, West Palm Beach, FL If you are an experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in providing quality patient care and being part of a supportive team, we would like to hear from you.
