Job description Our established family dental practice is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant. We are passionate about our patients and are committed to helping them maintain excellent oral health. The right candidate will contribute to the success of the team, serving an integral role in patient care, including assisting the dentist with clinical treatments, setting up and cleaning treatment rooms, and escorting patients to the treatment room and making them comfortable. We are looking for a candidate that has Cerec experience. Other required duties inc lude: Taking dental x-rays Preparing and sterilizing instruments, hand pieces and other equipment in compliance with OSHA standards along with ADA and CDC guidelines Sending and monitoring lab cases Providing post operative treatment instructions to patients Providing patient education and nutritional counseling to maintain oral health Various office tasks as directed by the dentist or office manager Education and Experience Requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent Graduate of accredited dental assisting program preferred but not required Strong Computer and technology skills Eaglesoft experience preferred but not required Cerec experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
