Val Vista Smiles is a privately owned dental practice seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team.  We take pride in providing excellent patient care in a welcoming, family-oriented environment.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, takes initiative, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Responsibilities include:

• Sterilization
• Assisting hygienists
• Chairside assisting
• Preparing treatment rooms and turning over rooms between patients
• Taking X-rays
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical area
• Setting up and breaking down operatories for procedures
• Updating patient charts and treatment planning as directed
• Assisting with other clinical duties as needed to keep the office running smoothly

We are looking for somoene who is reliable, and organized.  Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.  Communicates well with patients and co-workers.  Is willing to learn and adapt where needed.
