Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly bilingual Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks within a busy dental office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments while ensuring optimal patient flow. Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Process insurance verifications. Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, including care plans and medical records. Utilize OpenDental for patient management. Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, and managing multi-line phone systems. Assist in the collection of payments. Support the dental team with administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency. Skills MUST SPEAK SPANISH FLUENTLY Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to ensure positive patient interactions. Previous experience in a dental or medical office environment is preferred. Familiarity with insurance verification processes and medical coding practices is a plus. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with experience in office management or administrative support roles. Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
