We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and bilingual Dental Front Desk Associate who loves working with people and creating a positive experience for our patients and families. Fabulous Work Schedule! Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM No weekends What You'll Do Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently. Verify dental insurance, including Medicaid coverage. Assist patients with check-in and check-out. Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and the dental team. Help create a welcoming, organized, and positive office environment. What We're Looking For Fluent in both English and Spanish (essential). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous dental front desk or medical office experience is a plus.
