What You'll Do: Assist the orthodontist during procedures and patient treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments. Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients and families on orthodontic care and treatment instructions. Help create a welcoming and positive patient experience. Maintain organization and efficiency in a busy clinical environment. Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations. What We're Looking For: Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required. Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certification – Required. Orthodontic Dental Assistant License – Required. Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
